the receptionist bushra welcomed us with a lovely smile i felt welcome the room was super clean it provided the best sleep and refresh during our short stay the location proved convenient i easily accessed nearby amenities for a quick bite before heading back to the airport.
the pool hours were somewhat restrictive with closing at 6pm during the summer i wished for extended hours to enjoy a swim in the evening after a long day.

The reception staff were really helpful. They always listened when i needed something. i liked that the hotel was close to tourist attractions and the city center. the hotel also had grocery shops nearby for quick snacks.
The pool's closing time was too early. It closed at 6pm and i couldn't use it. one of the rooms did not have netflix, even though the description mentioned it. the hotel didn't provide connecting rooms, despite my request.

I appreciated the room size in the Beautiful Family Suite. The room included a fridge and washing machine.. TVs were also available. The hotel staff cleaned the room thoroughly, even doing our dishes.
The furniture seemed quite old. The air conditioning did not work well. There was also no hot water for showering.

the complimentary coffee and date mixes in reception were good. i visited with my family and booked two beautiful family suites, they were spacious enough. the staff was cute from the valet to the reception always ready to assist.
it was a pleasure time until a security member stopped ME. he said, the dress i wore, a traditional dress, is not allowed outside the room. i asked about terms and conditions mentioning it, but there were NONE. that was very disappointing and insulting.

i stayed in a beautiful family suite . the suite included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, a plus. valet parking was complimentary and efficient. the hotel's proximity to key attractions was very convenient. the souq waqif, corniche, and hamad international airport were all within a short drive.
There was slight water damage on the bottom of some walls. I noticed this in a few areas.

the staff members were cute, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. they deduct the amount a couple of days before arrival and allow additional services to be added to the final bill.
